Disclosure: the iCite net is just a personal project defined by the occasional gathering of examples of my exploration of what I call <em>different webs</em>. As such, it's almost never about working towards the imminent release of any products, tools, or services—to see any progression here may require a perspective with something like a <a href="http://pubs.usgs.gov/gip/geotime/time.html">geologic time scale</a> in mind.

(I guess there are some parts of icite.net that suggest something more exciting is happening, and I should make some time to update these.)
