Thought vs XMAS

Some of you may have noticed a comment I left on Marc Canter's blog wherein I spelled-out that XMAS has evolved into an acronym for eXtensible Merriment's Annual Shindig (though, alternatively, I think eXtreme Merriment's Annual Shindig works too).

Um, so, I have been writing several thought-filled blog posts, but XMAS is just plain-old winning the bids for my attention. Said posts are lain aside that frivolity and song may occupy my tongue. What is left to say, but this: have happy holidays! Let all know joy and celebration!

Time for posting, no doubt, will appear. Such labors we'll revisit when abundant enjoyments are less pressing! Until then, with good fortune shall I venture south to sup where cheese and cake conjoin, therein, with glad tidings to all, will we join in festivities around Ross on the 29th, for mirth and good spirits will surely abound!!
