Dan Bricklin just released his ListGarden tool, which is an RSS file editor program (via Doc Searls). Right—it's for people who need or want to create RSS files directly, without them being literally tied to a blog or other system that secondarily generates RSS. In fact, ListGarden secondarily generates HTML!
