Lists, announced here before, at least

posted: Jun 24, 2005 7:50:36 PM

I know some of you have read more of this site than just the blog, and may have noticed that the site says stuff like an "iCite is a new way for you to create, share, work and play with lists". So, I guess with the hubbub from Gnomedex today around Microsoft announcing a new Simple List Extensions for RSS, I finally get some hint of satisfaction in imagining that my own experiments with lists might ultimately have an audience.

Of course, who knows. Microsoft's thing is different, but it sounds like they are imagining things in the realm of Yahoo 360's lists, and/or like Six Apart's TypeLists and Photo Albums.

(btw, I think XSPF is a nice list format, in terms of a focused precedent somewhat in this realm.)

Anyway, I'm sure, when such examples seem due, I'll throw down some list extension examples using my LinkList for blojsom plugin ;-)
