Today, I need to figure out how I am going to conitnue producing this blog. Presently, I am publishing it using Radio Userland.
I am the kind of person who used to tend to write content management systems / publishing tools from scratch, but I wanted to actually spend more time communicating and interacting than coding. So, I am toying with some different options.
I think I am going to convert this over to Roller, the open source blog tool written in Java. I have been thinking about integrating the iCite software prototypes into Roller as a way to leverage more features quickly--and also to demonstrate how iCites can be emdedded into other applications (good candidates are blogs, wiki, and discussion forums).
I think Radio Userland is a beautiful thing, and I think that the iCite net will be complimentary to it, and vice versa. But, I am not familiar with it enough to use it for the iCite prototype and will probably say goodbye to it today.
So, I will let all two of you know how the conversion goes!
