Checking out the now open source XMLBeans

BEA has given us an open sourced XMLBeans, which I learned about from this discussion thread on TheServerSide.com.

I am slightly in shock as XMLBeans may be the thing I need to get me out of where I am stuck (which is basically my not having a satisfying answer to: is XML the best choice for the underlying data structure for the iCite net prototype?).

I think I might be able to actually prototype what I am doing with XMLBeans deep enough to answer this question.

So, I gave myself the deadline of tomorrow to make a decision about XML, and the timing of this release of XMLBeans is very helpful.
