Very clever animation of a digital clock consisting of someone writing and erasing a digit every second (via BoingBoing). You kind-of have to see it (note: Flash required). This does suggest to me a future in browser-based alarm clocks (you know, looking like a real clock but running Linux or something. . .).

(Actually, I have been thinking a lot that it might make sense to be able to have every electronic device in one's house being actually a kind-of wireless terminal to, say, one's personal OS X cluster. TV, stereo, alarm clock, nosepicker, etc., all with Aqua interfaces.)
