Blojsom filetime plugin fix tweak

I am using Lars Chr. Hausmann's nice FileTime plugin for blojsom on the source for my Wrong Notes blog, and noticed that it wasn't working for permalink pages. The file time change fires in the comparison of an array sort, which comparison I guess never happens when an array has a length of 1. (So a permalink page has an array of blog entries of length one, i.e., a single entry.)

My tweaks fix this issue directly without refactoring the classes to make it all elegant. Here are my tweaked FiletimePlugin.java and FileTimeComparator.java source files.
