Good new article from Jeffrey Veen at Adaptive Path, Why Content Management Fails. I think he hits the nail on the head. (Shameless plug of spouse: you realize you need web content strategy / editorial services and not just CMS — hire Anastasia at Juxtaprose.)

I think I've just now come up with a really good one-liner about why CMSs essentially don't work.
